The store is where you can buy Homestar Merchandise. They have shirts, pens and a lot of other things, too. Check it out:

According to this page, independent comic book, music/video, and other specialty shops will now have an opportunity to sell H*R merchandise. Hopefully the site will have a list of such retail outlets soon.
