Decemberween is a holiday celebrated by the people of Free Country, USA, 55 days after Halloween, on December 25th. It bears many similarities to Christmas with colorful lights and garlands and the giving of presents, but with some obvious differences. Decemberween Food has some unique variations on more recognizable cuisine. Instead of turkeys, they eat bunnies (much to Marzipan's chagrin). The origins of the holidays are complicated, involving at least one Angel, Dr. Christmas (who looks a bit like Santa Claus), 2 Kobe Bryants, and a sailor named Archibald, all explained in the toon "A Decemberween Pageant". Though Decemberween is the holiday celebrated in Free Country, USA, some characters still make reference to Christmas.
- Dr. Christmas is similar to Santa Claus and presumably affiliated with Christmas in some way.
- In animal, Strong Bad says if he was a made-up animal he'd want to be a deep-sea fangly fish, the kind with Christmas lights and custom lures.
- On the toons menu, the description for Happy Fireworks says "Strong Bad ruins Christmas. Wait, what?"
- All of the Decemberween toons have xmas, an abbreviation for Christmas, in the title.(excluding Teen Girl Squad and Decemberween in July)
