Any particular reason why every time a user is renamed, it shows that the rename log says "renamed user Old Name (which had 0 edits)"? I find the 0 edits part weird. It showed Test2 as having 2 edits, but every one since has "0 edits". — User:ACupOfCoffee@ 17:40, 22 February 2006 (UTC)

I had to modify the script (since that first test) so that it would work with lowercase usernames. I could take a look at fixing that part of the extension, but I'll bet Ben will find it/fix it before I do. -- Tom 17:44, 22 February 2006 (UTC)

One way to guarantee that this process will take longer is to post like this. IDC and the other admins have a lot on their mind right now, with the fanstuff purge, the forum getting spam-attacked or trolled as often as it has been and their own real lives, it's a wonder they're still keeping up with anything. -- Super Martyo boing! 05:49, 12 October 2008 (UTC)

Questions

1. Why is Peter22's request still on this page? It's been there for over a year and a half!
2. It's Dot Com appears to be the only one who changes usernames anymore; why doesn't the article's intro reflect that? RickTommy 06:44, 12 March 2010 (UTC)

1. The thread ended with a question for him. The ball is in his court. Since he's been inactive for a while, it will probably be moved the next time we archive.
