Most of the characters of the Homestar Runner website are very different in physical characteristics from humans. However, there have been a few characters that more resemble humans.
- Balding Man- a stereotype of the average middle-aged man
- Crack Stuntman- the voice of Gunhaver of the Cheat Commandos
- Limozeen- a stereotypical hair metal band
- Teeg Dougland- the manager of Limozeen
