The Flash Store was the Flash-based marketplace on Homestarrunner.com where visitors could browse Homestar merchandise. The actual purchases were handled through a Yahoo storefront. The "store" links of the HSR site now direct users directly to the redesigned Yahoo Store.

- Several things available in the Flash Store are not available in the redisgned store. In particular, Kick The Cheat, and the Strong Bad DVD Promo.
