How is this short related to Strong Bad Email? The connection is not very obvious, unless you count the fact that it has Strong Bad in it, but lots of other toons have Strong Bad in them too. Homestar and the bags seem to not be important to the Brothers Strong's scheme: Bubs donated the drinks and then showed up after Homestar saw him.
Donated? I think you'll find Homestar bought the drinks, although it looks as if no money was exchanged, but that's just because everything seems free when bought from Bubs'. This toon was first linked on the email menu with a Post-it note that said "looking at a thing in a bag". So it was sort of a pseudo-email. DG 11:23, 11 Jan 2005 (MST)
the greatest guy
i'm far too lazy to look it up, but i believe the "greatest guy" reference goes abck to an early strongbad quote. after executing some prank, strong bad sasy "truly, i am the greatest guy," or some such.
