Hey, now here's something I might try and work around. I'm actually already going to be in Seattle on that day. It does look kinda pricey, but I'll see what I can do. ⇔Thunderbird⇔ 00:52, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
- When we transcribe that interview, should we leave it here or make a new page for it in the Interviews section of Interviews and Public Appearances? ⇔Thunderbird⇔ 22:03, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
- New page, I think this page will be full enough without the interview. Grats, by the way. - Kookykman

A small taste
A little bit to whet your appetite:
MATT: That's another thing, is that when we're animating, um, we have another resource that we have absolutely nothing to do with, something that's totally fan driven, it's awesome, the Homestar Runner Wiki, uh, appeared, one day, and it's so exhaustive, it's wonderful. Mike and I, like we don't—we never figured out what the hell a shared library is or how to use it and so we will go, uh, "this one has Strong Bad sitting on a couch," so we have be like, "all right, which one has him on a couch," and we'd have to go back and figure it out, but now we have the Homestar Wiki and we just go on and write "couch" or "orange couch" and it brings up like five emails that have Strong Bad on the couch. {audience laughter} And so, it's pretty great. It's very, very, uh, it's extremly all inclusive and sometimes scary. There are pictures of friends that we had never seen on there and, {imitates wiki user voice} "Oh, this is their best friend!" {slight pause, now with a questioning tone} How, did you—are these people in our house taking pictures of our friends?
TBird, you are indeed cool. Thanks. -- Tom 04:40, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
- (After the conference, as best I can remember)
- MATT: You're from the wiki? {Looks at my press pass for www.hrwiki.org} oh awsome! Mike, this guy's from the wiki! Oh I'm glad we plugged it then. Oh, and you've got the polo shirt too!
- That's not exactly how it went down, but something like that. Guess I don't have as good a memory as Tom. ;) ⇔Thunderbird⇔ 04:44, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
- You got a press pass for hrwiki.org?! That's fantastic! — InterruptorJones 04:53, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
- Yes I did. I asked if it would be possible to pay to attend just one speaking, and they replied by offering me a press pass, which I am eternally in debted to the Flashforward people for. ⇔Thunderbird⇔ 04:55, 2 March 2006 (UTC)

- That's pretty awesome. Bonus points for them. You should take a photo of your press pass and post it.. somewhere. — InterruptorJones 05:04, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
- I'll second that. Would totally love to see a scan of it in the article. =) —THE PAPER PREEEOW 05:28, 2 March 2006 (UTC)

- Tom, that ought to be "exhaustive," not "adoptive." :) — InterruptorJones 05:04, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
