Beefy Arms

Since the introduction of Trogdor in the email dragon, beefy arms have become an inside joke in the Homestar Runner body of work. Besides their use in most Trogdor-related content, they also appear on various logos.

- Strong Bad is a Bad Guy — The tattoos Strong Bad and Homestar Runner imagine appear on a beefy arm.
- Strongest Man in the World — A beefy arm is on the banner for the Strongest Man in the World Contest.
- Email trading cards— The "Strong Bad bench-pressing dinosaurs collector's card" features Strong Bad with beefy arms.
