1-Up is Homestar Runner's 20X6 counterpart. While Stinkoman's the guy, 1-Up wants to be the guy, too. However, he is often squished by Pan Pan, usually to Stinkoman's great delight. His relationship with 20X6 Marzipan is unknown.
The character was informally and unofficially dubbed "20X6 Homestar Runner" after he appeared in japanese cartoon. His real name was later revealed in the Stinkoman 20X6 video game.
