Why is the "Experimental edits from our visitors..." section there? We already have a place for that. --Gafaddict 22:12, 7 May 2005 (UTC)

I'm wondering about that myself. It makes the page look bad. →FireBird
I agree. The first time I saw it on Recent Changes, I thought it was a troll edit. Maybe a link to The Sandbox would be better? --acekirby13|My Talk 23:58, 10 May 2005 (UTC)
Yes, this page is bound for trolling unless protected. →FireBird
We're simply following the example of Wikipedia, but if a lot of people want to get rid of the "experimental edits" section, I have no problems with dumping it. However, I think it's a good way for newcomers to get that "I can edit any page" experience. It might be a little discouraging if there's a page that says "You can edit any page" and they can't edit that page. Does that make sense? — wikisig.gif Joey (talk·edits) 17:20, 18 May 2005 (UTC)
I think a simple "You can edit this page as much as you want (in fact, you can edit any article!)" would be fine. Plus, it doesn't look very nice to have this nice introduction box and then all this jibberish at the bottom. →FireBird|(Talk)
