Redundancies (where they same word or words with the same meaning are repeated) are another running joke in the Homestar Runner universe.
Appearances
- Heavy Lourde — "Lourde" is french for heavy.
- Cheat Commandos — Reinforcement's Justice Rocket Bagpack Rocket Rocket is a triple redundancy.
- Where U Goin' 2? — Strong Mad calls Strong Bad out on his use of ATM machine (Automated teller machine machine).
Pleonasms
- road trip — Strong Bad makes a joke--"Jumbo LARGE"--before going on the trip.
