Inside Joke/Running Gag

Lately I have been getting confused about the difference between an Inside Joke and a Running Gag. I thought Inside Jokes were only used a few times. The sticky notes have been used many times. Are you sure it is an inside joke?--Martin925 13:59, 2 Oct 2005 (UTC)

Runnig gag is usualy something that is done or mentioned several times. Like Kicking The Cheat, or Strong Bad's Computer Malfunctioning. Their funnynes come from their repetation. Inside jokes are little nitpicks that if viewd in context, thei're funny. Like $11.01 or Tooty-two. — Elcool ^(talk)_(contribs) 18:25, 2 Oct 2005 (UTC)
