So if the Brothers Strong and The Cheat treat "Action Cool News 5" as a real TV show, and Homestar and Marzipan treat Homestar's puppet show as a real TV show (with seasons and a cancellation date), why are we only allowed to include one of them? {{User:Bad Bad Guy/sig}} 03:32, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

TV Show, or no?

I always thought that the 1963 toons were more likely to be a TV Show then the 20X6 toons. Kvb 13:28, 3 May 2005 (UTC)

What about Strong Bad's show on animal planet that was canceled after the first commercial?--witchesbrew82 19:09, 6 Jun 2005 (UTC)

I added the animal planet one now. Dagger (talk · edits) 02:14, 5 July 2006 (UTC)

You mean 1936? --Jangles5150 18:06, 10 February 2007 (UTC)

Shakespeare?

Would, in Bug In Mouth Disease, the show (estimated title) "Why come Shakespeare was so Awesome" be considered a "Mentioned Show"? 70.49.132.3 02:16, 17 Sep 2005 (UTC)

I don't see why not. I mean we have the 'TV show featuring The Cheat in a Trans Am'. Go right ahead, my friend. --DorianGray

sunday???

Since when was Strong Bad Type Interview Progrum on Sunday? — talk Bubsty edits 04:44, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
Most interview-type shows are on Sunday mornings, like Face the Nation, or Meet the Press. — User:ACupOfCoffee@ 07:29, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
But it doesnt prove that its on Sunday. — talk Bubsty edits 04:09, 11 December 2005 (UTC)
Gack. It's a genre; thus the link to the identically-titled Wikipedia article. It's a "Sunday-morning-interview-show"; that's not necessarily any kind of claim that it does air on Sunday. —AbdiViklas 04:13, 11 December 2005 (UTC)

Hey, news!

What about the Strong Badia Action News 5 thing from that one email I can't remember? It's not on there. I don't have time to post it 'cause I'm on a school compy. It's journal time, i'm doing a top ten of TV SHOWS. Bye. --Homfrog 14:06, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

Powered by the Cheat

Should Powered by The Cheat be added here? It's referred to as a TV show in theme song, but I'm not sure where to put it. - Image:TinySaturn2.GIF Saturn 04:10, 13 August 2006 (UTC)

Mysterious Myths or Legendary Legends

Should it get a mention here? It -is- a TV show, after all... Kahteh 20:16, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

If you mean the TV show in the TV show Invader Zim, then that show was canceled 3 years before myths & legends. So it cannot be a sighting. Loafing 20:21, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
Nonono, I mean the show that Strong Bad comes up with in myths & legends, which has episodes about the Bear Holding A Shark and Biscuitdoughhandsman. Sorry if that wasn't clear. Kahteh 20:27, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
I have absolutely no idea what Loafing is talking about, since this is not the article for Television Sightings, but yes, go ahead and add it. I don't know why it wasn't on there already... – The Chort 20:36, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
Will do. Would you say it was a minor show or major show? Kahteh 20:41, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
Ummmm...yes, The Chort is right, I mixed up the pages :-/ Editing the wiki before breakfast has its downsides... Loafing 20:45, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
I'd say it was minor. We actually see it, but it only appears in one email. – The Chort 21:06, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
Done. :-) Kahteh 21:09, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

Reorganization Highly Necessary

Is it fair to call Whaddya Know, Haddi-Man? and Action News 5 "Major Shows" even though the second references were so brief and easy to miss? (I did not know there was a 2nd reference to Haddi-Man until I read the article for secret identity) Bad Bad Guy 02:45, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

We also need to consider this while cleaning up. Bad Bad Guy 12:59, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

Idea from Talk:Discover Network

Actually! I have a better idea! We can make a small separate section by TV Shows: === Channels ===. - The Pony man 15:55, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
I think it may be a worthwhile endeavor, given the CG Dinosaur Channel and the Homes with Rollercoasters in Them Network. Images may be a little hard to procur for them, however. Flashfight 01:57, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
I support this idea, and also I think each table should be listen in alphabetical order, not the random it is in now. Elcool (talk)(contribs) 10:05, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
Me too. And the alphabetical thing is a good idea, too. What order is it in now? Like, latest seen to first seen? DevonM(talk·cont-ribs) 10:47, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
Looks to me like ordered by the-time-we-found-them-and-added-to-the-page... Elcool (talk)(contribs) 13:06, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
I've thrown on a cleanup tag on the page, so hopefully the reorganization will be taken up. wbwolf (t | ed) 06:19, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

Pretend Shows

So if the Brothers Strong and The Cheat treat "Action Cool News 5" as a real TV show, and Homestar and Marzipan treat Homestar's puppet show as a real TV show (with seasons and a cancellation date), why are we only allowed to include one of them? BBG 03:32, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
