- This article is about the phenomenon within the Homestar Runner universe. For the Cheat Commandos twins, see Blue Laser Babies.
Twin characters is a phenomenon that occurs several times throughout the Homestar Runner universe, where a single character appears more than once in the same scene.
Appearances
- Debut: Pumpkin Carve-nival
- At the end Homestar as Angus Young and Strong Bad as Homestar as Angus Young are shown. Earlier, Strong Bad and The Goblin as Strong Bad were seen.
- Toward the end of the song, three The Cheats are seen dancing together.
- Two Marshies are seen stacked on top of each other.
- At the judges' table, two Arrow'd Guys are seen.
- Email pizzaz
- Strong Bad conducts an interview of himself, in that he is asking the questions, and another him is answering them. Strong Bad seems to find this perfectly normal, even though the two Strong Bads interview, mock, yell at, plead with and bribe each other. However, the sight of two Strong Bads simultaneously makes The Cheat's head explode.
- Bubs holds a Bubsotathon, in which Homestar throws fireworks while on both sides of the screen at once. The Flash file shows that the one on the right wears a mustache.
- Rolling over Store will show Homestar facing away from you, saying the word store, as well as another Homestar walking in the background with a simple exchange of "Sup, man?".
- During one of the possible endings, in which Homestar becomes a cyclops, he is frightened by the fact that there is only a single Marzipan, and that he hasn't been dating twins the whole time. Also, Homestar Runner can change into a twin Marzipan, although an odd side effect is quickly discovered.
- Two fez-wearing Homsars go past, and Marzipan takes notice of the double.
- The Homestarmecium divides itself several times, ultimately creating eight copies and causing the Strongbadiophage to freak out.
- Several times during the song, there are two or more Marzipans shown.
- Several times through the song, there are either multiple Marzipans or multiple The Cheats.
