:::My first thought (and put a note in the entry originally) that it was based off Fargo sheriff outfit from the Coen Brother's film [[Wikipedia: Fargo (film)|Fargo]].  That would be keeping with the star, and TBC have made references to other Coen Brothers films in the past.  I guess someone thought that Russian was better... {{User:Wbwolf/sig}} 05:21, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Police homestar

I changed the caption from "Russian Police" officer because I think that they were simply trying to portray a policeman from a cold weather area. I R F 23:41, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
