The brick wall is a feature within the field in Free Country USA. In its first appearance, Homestar Runner and Strong Sad stand at the brick wall while they discuss Strong Bad's Decemberween present in The Best Decemberween Ever. Since then, it has become something of a staple of Decemberween toons, though it has made appearances in non-holiday-related toons as well. The wall is a reference to the comic strip Peanuts, in which Charlie Brown and his friends stand behind a similar wall.
