This is presumably the very oldest downloads menu, judging by the fact that the Strong Mad stickers appear as a download, while they are now a secret page. The HTML and Flash file are no longer on homestarrunner.com, but have been archived. The page "homester.html" was taken by the most recent Downloads page. The menu had a Napster-based interface. Judging by the Wayback Machine, the page was removed around March 31, 2001; however, using the Wayback Machine to view it just loads a blank screen as the .swf file has been removed.
