Discount Flashback Warehouse was introduced in the Strong Bad Email flashback. This business, apparently run by Strong Bad (though he seems less than enthusiastic about it and claims to be merely "the guy that works here"), deals in flashbacks at low prices ($9 and $6.53). You can get flashbacks from "this season, last season, even stuff [he] just made up!".
At some point in 2004, there was a special sale in the Homestar Runner Store, "Strong Bad's Weekend Bargains". On the page explaining the sale, it said, "I'm like Discount Bargains Warehouse over here," a reference to the Discount Flashback Warehouse.
