This is presumably the very oldest downloads menu, judging by the fact that the [[Strong Mad]] stickers appear as a download in the page source, while they are now a [[secret page]]. The HTML page is archived, but the Flash file is not, so the page never loads and remains blank, thus halting any further investigation.
