The King of Town's Sheep are sheep that eat grass in a pasture near The King of Town's Castle. They are owned by The King of Town, who had his chef prepare some of them to eat, and thought they were delicious. He forgot that he had eaten them, and thought a dragon had eaten them instead.
In an Easter egg found in the old version of The King of Town DVD, a sheep can be flung away behind the mountains.
