Strong Sad Lookalike Contest is an annual event where contestants (anyone is accepted except for Strong Sad himself) are judged on how closely their appearance, voice and penmanship match Strong Sad's. First seen in the email "impression," where Coach Z acted as judge. The Cheat has won sectionals in every year since it was started in 1999 dressed as Strong Sad's left leg (or soondl). Strong Bad won the blue ribbon for penmanship in 2003. Homsar's impression is so good, he was mistaken for Strong Sad trying to enter the contest and kicked out. The contest simultaneously honours and insults Strong Sad.
