The Parsnip Depot is the Old-Timey version of Bubs' Concession Stand, appropriately run by Old-Timey Bubs. Hobos are not allowed. In Parsnips-A-Plenty, The Homestar Runner, Marzipan, and Fat Dudley try to get some parsnips for soup, only to find them all missing. They were stolen by Old-Timey Strong Bad, The Strong Man, and The Sneak, in order for them to make parsnip pie.
