[edit] Pics

Hey SSF! The picture you just uploaded isn't exactly the way we handle pictures around here. For one thing, there are better ways of capturing them than using a digital camera; you can press the "print screen" key on your keyboard, open an image editing program (such as Irfanview) and paste the image in, then edit it as desired. Secondly, we try to stick to PNG format instead of JPG. But all this is better explained at HRWiki:Standards#Screenshot. —AbdiViklas 16:58, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

Psst! Ditto for the other six such shots (there's a tongue twister!). Also, although all of those show memorable or unusual H*R moments, most of them wouldn't be candidates for redoing properly either; Sick Day, for instance, already has one screenshot, and our policy is to have only one as illustration and others only if absolutely necessary to show some point. By the way, you are allowed two personal images, which aren't used in articles, but it would still be a good idea to go back and use the screenshot-PNG method to make them more, ah, wieldy. —AbdiViklas 17:13, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
Hey, Strongsadfan1. Like Abdi said, please stop uploading pictures to the Wiki from your digital camera. They do not meet the Wiki's image standards. Thanks! —FireBird|Talk 02:46, 5 January 2006 (UTC)
Strongsadfan1, please, do not upload images from your digital camera to the wiki. Consider this your last warning. —FireBird|Talk 02:56, 5 January 2006 (UTC)
