He actually does yell "roar" and "growl" when inspected. He doesn't roar like a tiger or growl like a dog. He just yells the words.--AeroSnake 04:35, 19 November 2015 (UTC)

As DeFender said, it's just Onomatopoeia: a word that imitates sounds. He doesn't actually roar or growl, but he imitates yelling and growling through the words, therefore it is onomatopoeia. - Catjaz63 04:40, 19 November 2015 (UTC)
