[edit] Biscuitdoughhandsman

Biscuitdoughhandsman have for consecutive consonants in a raw, in the -handsman part. Does this count? Since it's made up of two words that normally would only have two consonants. Elcool (talk)(contribs) 05:53, 11 July 2009 (UTC)

I don't think so, since it's made of normal words. Note also that real words have that combination. For example, see "Bail Bondsman". -128.103.10.135 17:25, 11 July 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Fhqwhgads

I'm not sure any references to fhqwhgads should be made in this article because it was the sender's "name" in Internet slang, rather than a word actually made up in the context of the animated responses. MrL 00:07, 4 August 2009 (UTC)

I reverted you before noticing you'd written this, but I still disagree. Strong Bad attempts to pronounce the thing despite its origin, and despite its ridiculous number of consecutive consonants. Heck, he even pronounces the whole thing the first time he sees it. Yes, the intro mentions made-up words, but that does not mean that a word must be made up for it to have too many consonants in a row. I say it should stay. --Jaybor Day (Talk) 00:34, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
Keep it. It's become a major joke in H*R culture, despite its non-TBC origin. — Defender1031*Talk 01:32, 4 August 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Multiple Vowels

Is there any way we can change this article or add a new one to discuss the usage of multiple vowel clusters? "Graaauuughnck" from dictionary and "da huuuuuudge" from animal are examples of these words. MrL 13:52, 3 September 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Y

The letter y is used as a vowel in some contexts and a consonant in others. This should be taken into consideration when adding to this article. Is the letter y a consonant or not? Danjor 04:26, 2 June 2011 (UTC)

This article only includes one "multiple consonants" with a "Y", and it's such an unreadable word that it's impossible to say how it's being treated. (Though we had a long discussion about whether "Y" counted as a vowel in "party" in Teen Girl Squad Issue 10, and while I still insist that the answer is "yes", consensus seemed to go against I wonder to this day why.) --Jaybor Day (Talk) 04:54, 2 June 2011 (UTC)
PS. Listening to Strong Bad's pronunciation of the full "fhqwhgads", he treats the "Y" as a vowel; this page treats it like a consonant (counting it as "four consonants in a row"), and I say I don't care on that word; it's about as non-wordly as you can get and belongs on this page whether you count the "Y" or not. --Jaybor Day (Talk) 04:58, 2 June 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Users

I tried to put in gfwfgafagddd (or however you spell that)'s name on the list but it was referted because it was a username. I think that usernames should be aloud on pages because they are inportant to the wiki and people should know about them <3 Right guys?

Wrong. We're documenting the homestar runner universe. We're not self-documenting this wiki. — Defender1031*Talk 13:30, 6 January 2012 (UTC)
Well i think that this wiki is important and thats why we have talk pages right? to discuss the page itself? so i'm going to add his name unless anyone says not to because i don't want people to get mad at me.
This wiki is not part of the homestar universe. We have talk pages to discuss what goes on pages yes, but that has nothing to do with whether or not we document our own wiki on our wiki. We don't. Plain and simple. And already TWO people have told you not to. How many do you need to be considered "anyone saying not to"? — Defender1031*Talk 13:36, 6 January 2012 (UTC)
