[edit] Page image and fair use

While searching for more information for Dad's Garage, I found a promotional image for their recent appearance at Fox Theater (larger size here). Since the picture features Strong Bad, I feel it would make for a good page image, but because it features living people as well, I'm unsure if it would qualify as fair use. Could and should this image be used, or are there more obviously free images that would work instead? --Jellote wuz here 22:55, 15 June 2015 (UTC)
