Howdy!  BigScaryMike here.  It's a silly name I use in games, because my name is Mike, and I'm big, and...well, I'm not all that scary, but intimidation is the name of the game, right?  Anyway, I'm a computer tech in the Chicago area.  I also do voiceover work and write and record music, but that's mostly for fun.  I was born in 1964 (which makes me...let's see...''old'').  But, believe it or not, I was introduced to Homestar Runner by a boss of mine who was ''older than me''.  So, remember, you young whippersnappers!  Homestar Runner isn't just for you!  Now get off my lawn!

Here's a radio commercial I pieced together a long time ago: [http://home.comcast.net/~mikepontillo/audio/OnStar_Homsar.mp3 OnStar Homsar]. Homsar is actually ''more'' intelligent than the folks on those commercials.

I was born in 1964 (which makes me...let's see...old). But, believe it or not, I was introduced to Homestar Runner by a boss of mine who was older than me. So, remember, you young whippersnappers! Homestar Runner isn't just for you! Now get off my lawn!

Why Me Here

I think Homestar Runner is about the most entertaining thing on the web. The HRWiki is an amazing repository of information and a tremendous resource for HR fans. It's the least I can do to help keep it up!

I am a stickler for grammar and punctuation, so most of my contributions and edits involve correcting such errors. I'm happy to insert semicolons where necessary. No need to thank me.
