"Meep meep meep meep meep!"

Within the Homestar Runner body of work, there have been many references to the puppet characters created by Jim Henson, known as The Muppets. Furthermore, many of the puppets that appear in the Puppet Stuff seem to be modelled on Jim Henson's distinctive style, especially the puppet version of Homestar.

Interestingly, in 2010, The Muppets put out a YouTube video titled "Beaker's Ballad" where Beaker tries to sing "Dust In The Wind" but causes a fire instead. Comments start to pop up, one of which was "BURNINATION!"
