Mr Bland = The Poopsmith?

It could just be me, but Mr. Bland looks a little like The Poopsmith. Could this be coincidence, or could Mr. Bland have been hired by the Prince/King of Town? --oddtodd 11:07, 20 Nov 2004 (MST)

I think he looks more like a really early version of Strong Sad & was maybe scrapped for that reason.
