Running Gag
I have begun an article on Homestar's pants or the perceived lack thereof. (It is currently a stub; feel free to expand it.) I believe it is a running gag in the H*R universe and as such deserves a page. Does anyone agree or disagree? — It's dot com 14:52, 12 Aug 2005 (UTC)
- I agree. This is definitely a running gag, one which could eventually reach the level of Strong Bad's typing with boxing gloves on (especially if we wrote in to ask if Homestar actually does wear pants). #Point7Q 15:06, 12 Aug 2005 (UTC)
- I like this page a lot. I say keep. Homestar Coder 15:18, 12 Aug 2005 (UTC)
- I agree. When first saw long pants, my first thought was what homestar said in Not the 100th Email!!!. There was never a doubt in my mind that this was a running gag. invisible robot fish
- Totally a running gag. Like, for real. ...I really can't think of anything else to say aside from that. --DorianGray
- If this gag was any more running, it'd be...er...um...
...pretend I said something witty. -GG Crono
I've added a link to this page from every cartoon listed in the article (not including lady...ing, which is still STUFFed) — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 11:26, 13 Aug 2005 (UTC)
- Update: the STUFF passed by more than 3 to 1, so the running gag has also been added to lady...ing. — It's dot com 01:28, 16 Aug 2005 (UTC)
Third option
In addition to the possibility of white tight pants, or painted-on feet, shouldn't we mention the possibility (see his "long-pants" rant) that he's wearing perfectly normal long pants, but they're as invisible as his arms? --Forgot my username on this site.
