Hi, welcome to the user page of Joey Day. That's my real name — it's not some kind of codename and it doesn't mean anything clever. Some of my friends call me "Joey Day dot com".

About me

I am the proprietor of the Homestar Runner Wiki. I started the wiki on October 7, 2003 and still technically own it, though I prefer to think of it as public property. I am not The Brothers Chaps, nor am I related to them in any way (yes, people have asked me this).

I don't mind answering questions about the wiki, but I get a little swamped sometimes. It's best to direct support questions to the entire administrator team at support@hrwiki.org or post them at the FAQ talk page.

Pet projects

• Refactoring the main page — Here's a mock-up of what I'd like to do. This will be subject to community approval, of course. If you have any comments about the proposed main page changes, be sure to leave them on the comment page for the mock-up.
• Using blockquote instead of pre — I'm trying to encourage web standards (cleaning up after myself since I suggested pre in the first place) by creating a new blockquote style for Strong Bad emails. You can see the proposed changes and ensuing discussion at the Strong Bad Email talk page.
