URLs that end in 2

From Homestar Runner Wiki

For some reason, some toons' URLs end with 2, even though the toon is not the second in series. In some cases, this could be because there are two versions of the cartoon, as is the case with Homestar Talker. This also might be a parody similar to the Jibblies 2 gag. It is also worth noting that at Georgia Tech on April 26, 2007, The Brothers Chaps pointed out that the sky in the graphics library is called "Sky2", because they never bothered changing it to just "Sky".
