Planet K is the planet that Stinkoman lives on. Apparently, in the year 20X6, fighting in the vein of Dragon Ball Z is a common practice. It also has flying mechines (witch shone in the commintary of japanese cartoon may be The Cheat's), and floting platformes, but the cooking items arn't to futeristic.
On Planet K, everyone has "special powers" and trains for challenges most of their life. manily to fight the constant robots that try to destroy them.
