The Jolly Dumple is the mascot for the Crazy Go Nuts University Golf Club Team. He appears in the email mascot, and on a (now discontinued) T-shirt. He might've been named The Jolly Dumpling, but Strong Bad was really was really hungry at the time, so he couldn't think straight. He is portrayed by Homestar.
