Mr. Bland

Mr. Bland is a character from the book that all of homestarrunner.com is based on. He entered The Strongest Man in the World contest, which was the subject of the original book. Strong Sad's head seems to be based on this much older character. Mr. Bland was apparently one of the most popular characters until he was crushed by a falling Bubs' Concession Stand along with Senor (seen in "origins").
