The Bishop is just that: a bishop who stands next to The King of Town in The King of Town DVD. He has a scroll of some sort. Even though he seems to be a higher rank of clergy, he wears a rope for a belt, a common trait with monks. In KOT's VOQPCS! he spoke for the first time, trying to cure the Poopsmith's stench by marrying him to a bouquet of roses. He sounds vaguely similar to Rumble Red. Besides his lack of visible arms, he also has no visible mouth. In KOT's VOQPCS he wore purple instead of red.
