The Cleric

The Bishop is just that: a bishop who stands next to The King of Town in The King of Town DVD. He has a scroll of some sort. Even though he seems to be a higher rank of clergy, he wears a rope for a belt, a common trait with monks. In KOT's VOQPCS! he speaks for the first time, trying to cure The Poopsmith's stench by marrying him to a bouquet of roses. He sounds vaguely similar to Rumble Red, and speaks with a permanent reverb effect. Besides his lack of visible arms, he also has no visible mouth. In KOT's VOQPCS! he wears a purple robe instead of a red one.
