This is presumably the very oldest downloads menu, judging by the inclusion of the Strong Mad Stickers, which is now a Secret Page. The page itself is archived. However, the Flash file was not archived, so the page never loads and remains blank.

What happened to it?
This was (assumedly) the oldest downloads menu ever on the site. This theory is backed up by the fact that the Strong Mad Stickers appears as a download in the page source. However, since the .swf file was not archived, the page stays blank, thus halting any further investigation. Furthermore the page "homester.html" was taken by the most recent Downloads page.
