The Envelope Paper is an interdepartmental Manila envelope with "click HERE to email strong bad" written on it. Only the section marked "HERE" is actually clickable. It was used to act as a "Paper" in imaginary after either New Paper was destroyed in th previous email, hremail3184. Strong Bad probably used the Envelope Paper to fit in with the work environment or simply because he can't find another paper.
