"Well, I'll just, uh, put these pants on..."

Homestar Runner's pants are somewhat of a mystery; does he wear white, skin-tight long pants? Or did he glue blue soles to the bottoms of his feet? The Brothers Chaps keep this running gag going by keeping the references ambiguous.

References to Homestar's Pants

  • A Jumping Jack Contest — Homestar tells Pom Pom that he thinks he is going to pee his pants.
  • Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 1.0Coach Z suggests that Marzipan put something in Homestar's pants to cheer him up.
  • Pom Pom's character video — Homestar says that Pom Pom has helped him out of some tight jams and some tight pants, although that only happened once.
  • Everybody Knows It — The ending scene, where Homestar asks The Cheat, "I guess you'll go on back to putting dog food in my shoes, huh?" appears to disprove that he has soles glued to his feet.
  • New Boots — Although it is just The Cheat's interpretation of Homestar, he is nevertheless shown wearing socks and separate shoes, as opposed to soles glued to his feet.
