Looking for something to do? You're in luck. Below is a list of projects the wiki community is currently engaged in. You should be able to find something in here to keep you busy.

Standardizing Pages

Though most of the pages from the old wiki have been moved here, many of them haven't been brought up to our new level of standardization, which can be found on the HRWiki:Standards page. Below are standardization projects that are still in need of special attention.

Filmography Categories

All of the main characters now have a Filmography Category. To add a toon to a character's filmography, you put a category link at the bottom of the toon's page, e.g. if Strong Bad is in Toon X, then on the Toon X page you put this at the bottom: [[Category:Strong Bad Filmography]]. That will make Toon X appear on the Strong Bad Filmography category page. The "Project" here is that many of the Toons currently don't have complete filmography links.

Cast (in order of appearance)

We'd like to standardize the way appearing characters are listed on toon pages. Many of them currently say "Featuring:" followed by a list of characters that appear in that toon. Instead, this should say something like this:

Cast (in order of appearance): Strong Bad, The Cheat

Notice that only the left part (up to and including the colon) is bold and the character names are not. And, of course, the characters should be in the order in which they appear in the toon. This is a project that may be most convenient if done in concert with the Filmography Categories project.

All the Strong Bad Emails are done, along with Toons from Full-length to Holidays. Not sure about the rest.

Thumbnails

When we first installed MediaWiki we did not have the ability to create thumbnails. Thumbnails are now enabled, and we need to comb the entire wiki changing full-sized images to thumbnails. Note: external images can't be thumbnailed, so links to external images should be removed and a interwiki image used in its place.

Most pages now have on-site thumbnails. Flag any pages that still need an image.

Wiki Cleanup

Ongoing cleanup tasks can be found at HRWiki:Cleanup

Links to be fixed

• Any Homestar Runner link that in context discusses the flash cartoon as a whole and not the actual character Homestar can be changed to Homestar Runner (flash cartoon)

Kobe Problem

Figure out a way to fix the Kobe problem discussed here.

It would be brilliant if somebody would do this.

Splitting Fun Facts

Any toon, game- any article with a fun facts section needs to be split into the categories found in HRWiki:Standards.

Release Dates

I've noticed that alot of Toons and E-mails now have 'release date' in bold at the top of the page, with an accompanying date. I really like this feature, but it only goes back so far. Until now. With the recent use of the Live Journal website, I have managed to compile a mostly complete list of updates, going back until late 2001. (It gets sketchy there). So anyways, if anyone wants to go over those new past updates pages, and add the release dates to the many Toons, emails, ect, that would be much appreciated. Thanks. Tying Updates Together

I'm kinda afriad to do this, because they all have some kinda notoc thing or something on the pages, I don't know what they do, and am too scared I'll mess it up. So can somebody, somehow, tie all the updates pages, (2005, 2004, 2003, 2002, and 2001) all together? Either just expand the disclaimers at the tops of all of them, or maybe even make a new page with all of them on there or something?
