The Bishop is just that: a bishop who stands next to The King of Town in The King of Town DVD. He has a scroll of some sort. Even though he seems to be a higher rank of clergy, he wears a rope for a belt, a common trait with monks. In KOT's VOQPCS! he spoke for the first time, trying to cure the Poopsmith's stench by marrying him to a bouquet of roses.
