He appears in the email [[mascot]], and on a (now discontinued) T-shirt. He could have been named The Jolly Dumpling, but [[Strong Bad]] was really hungry and tired at the time he created the mascot and couldn't think straight. He is played by [[Homestar Runner]]. He appears to be a dumpling with two large hands forming "thumbs-up" signs, with a drop of saliva flying out of his mouth, and wearing a tricorn hat.

Polymascotfoamalate is a foam-like material used to make mascot uniforms (such as The Jolly Dumple) in the [[Homestar Runner (flash cartoon)|Homestar Runner universe]]. It is [[Explosions|highly flammable]], or as [[Coach Z]] put it, "flame pro-tardant". In the [[Strong Bad Email]] 4 branches, the [[Old Timey Alien]] mentions he doesn't have Polymascotfoamalate on ''his'' planet. [[The Homestar Runner]] replies that this is because the alien is a Communist fool.

 

The word Polymascotfoamalate is a [[Portmanteaus|Portmanteau]] of the prefix "[[Wikipedia:poly-|poly-]]", and the words "[[Wikipedia:mascot|mascot]]" and "[[Wikipedia:foam|foam]]". Other than mascot building material, other proposed uses for Polymascotfoamalate include baby food and topping for Soured Cream.
