::Ok, what I was basing my descisions on were complete ignorance. So in my obsolete mind I thought it ok to put an explanation of what I did and why before some one went into the thing and changed it. I was expecting that they wouldn't have the sense to look there. The reason i commented them out is because I thought that the section I posted there was only needed for the modifiers of the page. But as I said before all of that was wrong besides the sb-chalk board glitch. And the reason I posted at Joey Day is because he was the highest position I knew, and I KNEW that he would be able to stop what I did with little nasty backwash. And I wouldn't call this a discussion issue, I would call it a bad edit. But I will submit to power. :::It's not so much a power issue.  This isn't the military, and JoeyDay isn't the leader.  We all cooperatively discuss issues and each member weighs in.  There is no written or unwritten rule that the opinion of a sysop over-rules that of a member in rank.  However, with that being said, sysops are where they are because they have demonstrated tact, sound judgment and have ample experience here.  I think that the longer that you are here, you'll learn that sysops don't rule with an iron fist.  They are here to help, especially the new folks.  Until you get the hang of how things are done though, it will prove fruitful to take each comment made by a sysop as help in the right direction.  I hope that clears a few things up for you.  Have a super great day! {{User:Invisible_Robot_Fish/sig}} 16:14, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

::::What I meant by power is that you probably know better than I do (I am still new), and knowledge is power. But I already accept that this is a friendly environment. I just have some probelms in general life, and dont want that to come out on the wiki. That day I was writing to you some bad stuff happened to me, so I wasn't thinking straight. But yeah, I am one of those people who will post anything at first sight. Sorry for the trouble (no need to reply.) [[User:Jmoney|-Jmoney]] 02:09, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

Where to discuss

Dear Jmoney, a good place to discuss details of an article's content is on the talk page for that article (the "discussion" tab). It's not as good to leave lengthy discussion in edit summaries and log summaries (because it's hard to actually have a discussion there), and still less good to leave long notes in invisicomments (because no one sees them except by accident). Also, JoeyDay isn't as active with the day-to-day operations as a lot of other people are, so a general help question should go on HRWiki talk:FAQ or, as noted above, the article talk page. Hope that helps! Keep on tranglin'. — It's dot com 23:51, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

Ok, what I was basing my descisions on were complete ignorance. So in my obsolete mind I thought it ok to put an explanation of what I did and why before some one went into the thing and changed it. It's not so much a power issue. I R F 16:14, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
