Hi there Homestar Coder. I was wondering if you happened to have a Massachusetts library card that you could use to access their [http://mblc.state.ma.us/cgi-bin/remote.pl?db=newsbank Newsbank database] of Boston Globe articles. You see, a nice anon user <span class="plainlinks">[http://www.hrwiki.org/index.php?title=Interviews_and_Public_Appearances&diff=294808&oldid=288159 added]</span> an interview that appeared [http://nl.newsbank.com/nl-search/we/Archives?p_product=BG&p_theme=bg&p_action=search&p_maxdocs=200&p_text_search-0=LOOKIN%20AND%20AT%20AND%20A%20AND%20THING%20AND%20IN%20AND%20A%20AND%20BAG%20AND%20Homestar%20AND%20Runner&s_dispstring=%22LOOKIN'%20AT%20A%20THING%20IN%20A%20BAG%22%20Homestar%20Runner&p_perpage=10&p_sort=YMD_date:D&xcal_useweights=no back on August 9, 2003] (you might need [http://www.bugmenot.com/view.php?url=boston.com bugmenot.com] for that one after a while). We couldn't copy it, of course, but we could do a short summary if we can get our hands on the text of the article. (You also might be able to use [http://aeryn.mit.edu/emetrics/count.php?http://libproxy.mit.edu/login?url=http://libraries.mit.edu/get/factiva your school's library website, maybe] to get Boston Globe archives, I think. That could be easier.) Thanks so much. -- [[User:Tom|Tom]] 01:10, 27 March 2006 (UTC) | Hi there Homestar Coder. Another one
Hey Homestar Coder, I have another picture of unknown origin for you to inquire aboot, I mean about. It's this one, listed in the Items#Books section. Any ideas? --Stux 16:48, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- I also have half of one: it's Image:That_Time_of_Year.png it states it's from dween_kidsbook.html, but I haven't found the related page... yet. --Stux 16:50, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- Image:Comeback.PNG is from garage sale, and the related page is That Time of Year. —FireBird|Talk 16:52, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- Sweet! Thanks Firebird! --Stux 16:53, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- I replaced Image:Comeback.PNG with a better picture from 50 emails (not covered by Coach Z's arm). Oh, and Homestar Coder, I hope you don't mind me answering a question directed to you. :) —FireBird|Talk 17:08, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- Two things: I looked at the Image:Comeback.PNG image and it looks the same to me? Oh nevermind I figured it out (i needed a hard refresh). So neverind, only one thing then: if that comeback picture is in 2 emails: garage sale and 50 emails, then shouldn't it have its own page? (Thanks for letting us use your page Homestar Coder.) --Stux 19:29, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- I went ahead and created the page. It could use more information. If it does not merit a page it can be deleted. --Stux 19:45, 11 February 2006 (UTC)

I Know I'm Late, But...
Recently I decided to award a The Cheat-Bot to any and all users who correctly guessed my Latin translations. So, here it is! Keep it up, LePorello / T / C 21:57, 23 February 2006 (UTC)
- That's so cute! *hugs the Cheat bot* Homestar Coder

- And since you got the new one, here's your prize. Ding!
- I was thinking that that was a very 60's-style cartoon. Then I looked at the guy's filmography, and he started making toons in 1958. Coolness. Homestar Coder

MA library card
Hi there Homestar Coder. I was wondering if you happened to have a Massachusetts library card that you could use to access their Newsbank database of Boston Globe articles. You see, a nice anon user added an interview that appeared back on August 9, 2003 (you might need bugmenot.com for that one after a while). We couldn't copy it, of course, but we could do a short summary if we can get our hands on the text of the article. (You also might be able to use your school's library website, maybe to get Boston Globe archives, I think. That could be easier.) Thanks so much. -- Tom 01:10, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
