The Jack Hamma is seen in Strong Bad is in Jail Cartoon. It is hidden in Strong Mad's cake to help Strong Bad and The Cheat escape... after they're freed.
It is a reference to stories of prison inmates who received files baked into cakes or bread to help them escape from prison. In older prisons, one could simply file through the steel window bars.
The name "Jack Hamma" may itself be a reference to famous zoologist Jack Hanna.
