Her dress is darker, her bells are larger and she has longer, darker, and curlier hair. Also, she has a lighter skin color.

Her dress is bluer, her hair has some highlights, and the curl at the end of her hair is more rounded out. Her mouth has a more gradual and realistic curve and animates more smoothly than before.  The bells on her dress are much larger and are a lighter shade of gold. Her dress is smaller while her hairbow is larger, her head shape is more rounded, and her outline is thicker.  The larger of her eyes is now on the left.
