I see from your user page that you;ve been wondering about the origin of the word wiki. I was wondering the same thing a few months ago and this is what I found out. The word is Hawaiian. Ward Cunningham, who invented wikis and created the very first one at http://c2.com/cgi/wiki named them after the "Wiki Wiki" shuttles at the Honolulu Airport. In Hawaiian "wikiwiki" means "quick." {{User:ACupOfCoffee/sig}} 01:31, 13 January 2006 (UTC)

Just so you know, if you ever see a defaced page (or trolled, as we call it) anyone can fix it, even you. You can just revert it back to the most recent good version. Find out how to do this here. Anyway, thanks for reporting that troll. It was actually a kind of funny one. --Joshua 17:58, 23 Mar 2005 (MST)

Hey can i put your awsome pic of Homsar on my userpage? I think it rocks. — talk Bubsty edits 05:07, 9 November 2005 (UTC)

Like the pic says, as long as you give credit for me making it (and instruct others to do so too). Could just be in the alt text of the pic. --NFITC1
Ok. Just checking. — talk Bubsty edits 00:40, 16 November 2005 (UTC)
