"My left name is tremendous savings, Ms. America!"

Senor Cardgage is based on the creepy guy that lived down the street from the Brothers Strong when they were little, and gave Strong Sad nightmares due to his extreme sketchiness. Apparently he now runs his own mortgage business as well as a used car dealership.

Some of his traits include:

  • Suspiciously coming out of bushes and shrubs just as you walk by
  • Always carrying an old plastic Aldi grocery bag of mysterious contents
  • Loudly eating melty chocolate bars while standing too close to you in lines
  • Smelling like pea soup (according to Homestar Runner)

Senor Cardgage speaks in phrases that are almost one word but not quite another, like; "excardon me" and "exobably not," and he talks in a very quiet voice. He'll also treat you like a girl, regardless of your gender.

Even though he has a car dealership and a mortgage company, it is suggested in Senorial Day that he is homeless, as he is shown in an alleyway sleeping in a sleeping bag and using his Aldi bag as a pillow. His state of homelessness is supported by the fact he always carries the bag around with him, suggesting the bag may or may not contain all his worldly possessions. However, Strong Sad said that Senor Cardgage lived down the street when they were little, implying he had a house. This, however, may not necessarily still be the case.

When Strong Bad is asked what he would be like if he was not stylish and buff in the email "kind of cool", he describes Creepy Comb-Over Strong Bad who is just like Senor Cardgage. Both are, at least to Strong Bad, "so cool, you don't even know [that they are] cool". Strong Bad ends the e-mail by vowing to find Senor Cardgage, but we see nothing of him for quite some time. When you click on "Senor Cardgage," you just see a milk carton with a silhouette.

It is often debated whether Senor Cardgage and Creepy Comb-Over Strong Bad are the same person or not. The Brothers Chaps apparently refer to CCOSB as "Senor Cardgage," but to my knowledge, Senor Cardgage is a separate character. CCOSB is, of course, a form of Strong Bad.
