Metroid is a series of science fiction action/adventure games developed and published by Nintendo. References to the series have been made several times in the Homestar Runner body of work.
Appearances
- The spinning jump that Stinkoman uses resembles Samus's Spin Jump.
- Email invisibility — During an Easter egg, the Tandy 400 references the password "JUSTIN BAILEY" from Metroid for the NES.
- Email japanese cartoon — An Easter egg shows the ending to Metroid for the NES.
